The Low Down     This building will be everything a loft should be.   10 to 20' ceilings, exposed brick,  wood  beams, concrete floors and new windows, with proposed perks like a pool, gym,  with  a  small  park  in  back. Still no pricing, but I would get on the list now. With Molino lofts completed and retail on the way, the Kor Group is creating a whole loft community south of 4th in the Artist District. This is looking to be my favorite neighborhood.
