Walking distance to the fashion district, some units have concrete and exposed brick walls. If you miss being outside, this building has some of the biggest patios around. The windows are great, but most look only at the building across the street. I like the interior units due to the wide open interior space that starts on the third level (Third floor interior units have huge patios.)
