The Low Down: O.K. I haven't heard too much about this building, but that's probably 'cause they aren't talking...yet. Here's what I don know. It's in a great neighborhood, between South Park and the Finacial District. Will have a pool, gym, and concierge, and security. Promised to be released soon!
